Professional Experience:
30 + years of experience in the Information Technology field working at companies such as Household Finance, Computer Associates and currently as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at The Village of Bolingbrook.  Expertise includes Engineering, Cybersecurity, Compliance and Management as well as  Strategic Planning and Budget management.

Robert Morris University – Associate in Business
Lewis University  – Bachelor of Science/Information Technology Management
Lewis University –  Master of Science/Information Security 
Lewis University – MBA, Concentration in Organizational Leadership 

Community Service:
James has served the Bolingbrook community in various capacities over the years including:  Bolingbrook TeeBall Association – youth coach, Bolingbrook Community Basketball – youth coach, Bolingbrook Panthers – youth coach, St. Dominic School – youth basketball coach, Joliet Catholic Academy – Parent Association President, Bolingbrook IT Commission, LaBranche Foundation and is always willing to lend a hand in order to help the youth of the community succeed!  James is also the current President of GMIS Illinois, which is the largest Government Agency for Municipal Information Technology Leaders in Illinois with over 120 cities and 50 Corporate Partners as members.
